Refund & Return Policy

At Syndicated Passion, every product is made to order just for you through our fulfillment partner, Printful. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. All items are a final sale (custom printed, non-returnable unless defective).  

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we've got you covered. Please contact us at support@syndicatedpassion.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective item

We will work with Printful to offer you a free replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right immediately.

Size Exchanges Because all products are printed on demand, we are unable to offer size exchanges. Please refer to the size guide on each product page before placing your order to ensure the best fit.

Lost Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact us at support@syndicatedpassion.com within 30 days and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Cancellations Orders can only be cancelled within 4 hours of purchase, before production begins. Once your order has been sent to production, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@syndicatedpassion.com with your order number. We will do our best to stop production, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once the order has been submitted to our fulfillment partner.

If your cancellation is successful, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
